Balu Brigada might be a name you’ve heard before. Their instant hit ‘So Cold’ has been circling TikTok and we’ve definitely made it a point to put our headphones on and listen. That means we’ve also ultimately fell down a rabbit hole of their best songs. Now, it’s our turn to get you hooked on the brother-duo, Henry and Pierre Beasley from Auckland, New Zealand.

We have to start with Balu Brigada’s newest drop, ‘Backseat.’ Upon our first listen to the song, we were completely blown away. Is there anything this duo can’t do!?
‘Backseat’ is all about that moment in time when you realize your partner is falling out of love. They’re no longer taking the wheel on this relationship, but they’re sitting in the backseat, ignoring the view ahead. “You told me I’m the one you wanted, you really wanted, But you don’t love me like I love you, I don’t believe you, I take the keys and I’m gone,” the duo sings.
‘So Cold’ ❄️
There’s no talking about Balu Brigada without talking about ‘So Cold.’ It’s their hit song for a reason (26 million streams and counting!) as it’s a true feast for the ears. If you’re looking for a song to completely take you to another world with intoxicating electric guitar riffs, ‘So Cold’ is your girl for the job.
‘Learn To Let You Go’ 🫂
To be honest, we’re never letting Balu Brigada’s music go. We can always rely on Henry and Pierre to deliver the best of the best. They did it yet again with ‘Learn To Let You Go.’
‘The Question’ ❓
We’re taking it slower with this next song. ‘The Question’ is no question one of our favorite Balu Brigada tunes! It’s everything they’re great at in just 3 minutes and 16 seconds – dreamy production and catchy lyrics. What do you think of this one?
‘Designer’ 🎸
‘Designer’ is one of our favorite Balu Brigada music videos! The song immediately opens with a snappy beat and cool vocals from Henry and Pierre. ‘Designer’ is for all our groovy music lovers who are just looking for a dope beat to dance to.
‘Moon Man’ 🌙
Another hit song we can’t get enough of. This is our Balu Brigada track for the summer! ‘Moon Man’ is one of those songs that’s just too catchy to ignore. After one listen, you’ll be inclined to play it again…again…and again. At least, that’s what we do!
‘I Should Be Home’ 🏡
‘I Should Be Home’ dropped in 2022, but it’s been circulating in our playlists a lot lately. This song is all about falling in love and calling that person your home. Wherever they are, is where you are too. If you’re deeply in love – this track is for you!
