The boys are back with a new single and accompanying music video titled ‘What’s a Good Life!’ The music video shows off the strength of friendship & community with the full band together as a team. These strengths are prominent throughout Post Animal’s music, but this song really shines a light on how important it is right now in their lives in this next chapter. The video features the Omaha Hell Hounds, Nebraska’s premier armored combat team, who kindly invited the guys to their training facility while they passed through on tour. In the video we get to see the skills of a Hell Hound team member, complete with thrilling demonstrations of combat techniques using authentic weaponry.
“They shifted their weekly strength training plans to accommodate our visit. Great people, real friends, making sure to do what they love to do.” Says the band.
This single is quite emotional, featuring deep lyrics that reflect on questioning the decisions and confrontations we’ve faced in life. It offers listeners a chance to reflect on their own experiences, as the concept of a “good life” varies for each person.
Songs like these help us connect with the band, and their openness about their collective journey makes us feel even closer to them. All of the six members as they each take the spotlight with their vocals, highlighting how important this specific journey is for them as a band. Each single is a part of the story, and ‘What’s A Good Life‘ serves as a promising preview of what we can expect from their album IRON.
